Welcome to PRTR/Torres Logistics. By using our transportation services and accessing our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before booking with us.

1. Services Offered

PRTR/Torres Logistics provides ground transportation services in Puerto Rico, including airport transfers, private tours, point-to-point transportation, and hourly or daily rentals, for groups of up to six (6) passengers per vehicle.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or directly by phone. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. When booking, you agree to provide truthful and complete information.

3. Payments

Payments can be made in cash, by credit/debit card, or through other authorized platforms either at the time of booking or upon completion of the service. Some services may require a deposit in advance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations notified at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund (100%).

• If notified within 24 hours prior to the service, no refund will be issued, but the customer will have the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost, subject to availability.

• Changes or cancellations during this period must be communicated through our official contact channels.

5. Liability

PRTR/Torres Logistics is committed to providing safe, punctual, and professional service. We are not responsible for missed flights, lost items, or circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions or unexpected traffic delays.

6. User Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully during the service. Smoking, alcohol consumption, or the use of illegal substances is not permitted inside the vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service if the safety of our drivers or passengers is compromised.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. We only collect the information necessary to process bookings and enhance the customer experience. We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent.

8. Modifications

PRTR/Torres Logistics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
